TR-580 is a powerful 1U rack mount computer powered by Intel mobile i5/i7 processors up to 3.4GHz. It features a solid state half fanless design with 2 slowed down ball bearing air fans to remove heat from enclosure at the reduced rate of air flow. It has no processor fan to fail.
The TR-580 comes standard with 3.5" server class hard drive. Dual 2.5" drives in RAID0/RAID1 configuration can be provided or using TR-MR2, reliable hot swap RAID storage. All data is written on both drives at once so if one drive fails it is possible to replace and automatically restore dual status after drive failure.
It is based on the highly efficient Intel Core Mobile i5/i7 up to 3.4GHZ processors. Dual SODIMM memory sockets provide up to 16GB DDR3 1066/1333/1600MHz memory. It comes with 2 x front USB 2.0 ports, 4 x rear USB 3.0 ports, 4 x COM ports, 1 x DVI port, 1 x SVGA port, 1 x SPDIF port and PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports. Two 1000Mbps Gigabit LAN ports are included for flexibility of network and control connections.
This computer can operate from 9 ~ 24VDC, 100 ~ 240VAC @ 50/60Hz with 60W internal 12VDC power adapter.
The TR-580 operating temperature is 0°C ~ 50°C, 60°C for 2 hours. This is with 100% system load.
Packaged in a small rack mount case (1U, 9" deep), TR-580 is a reliable component for control and network applications.
The TR-580 is compliant with UL/CSA, FCC Class B and CE. Warranty is 5 years with MTBF in excess of 100,000 work hours.
